I just performed by invitation at the Ascap Showcase 'Quiet on the set' last night and it was Fab! I have loaded some new footage to my you tube channel rachsr22 and there is one on the video page here. Hope you like my new shoes!! I got them 1 hr before I was on stage at Macy's. A great impulse buy!!

The year 2012 - Transmission 1!!!!

WEll you guys it is a new year and a new era. There are only 11 months left until we all die so until then let me entertain you with beautiful music!

Still in Hollywood, still writing with the genius' in town and still pumping out tunes! lots of great things on my soundcloud page for you to hear and the best news this week is that I have been invited to perform at an Ascap Showcase on2nd February at the wonderful Beta Records Studios.

The year 2011 - Transmission 10

I can finally announce that I have signed to EMI music publishing and Iam just so grateful and excited. Just got out of the studio with Pia Toscano (American Idol 2011) working on her project as well as so many other amazing sessions over the last month with my EMI family. Im busy working on music for everyone including myself and I am loving every minute!I can't wait to have my dream finally come true and hear one of my songs on the radio. Thank you to all my loyal fans and family for getting me this far...now its time to keep climbing for the journey never ends it only ever begins......

Dudes I am so desperate to tell you all my exciting news but I cannot yet...won't be long though! Put it this way Im so much higher up the mountain and about to plant my Great British Flag on the summit...but until I do..I haven't. The Year 2011 - Transmition 8 - Aug 19th

I have 2 fav places to be in the world. One is on stage singing, the other is in the studio. They are joint first place in my heart. After 2 great gigs last week, I am not in the studio with some amazing writers writing some hits. I seriously could not be more grateful at the moment and I could not be in better hands ;-)

The Year 2011 - Transmission 7 - July 26th

So me and my wonderful band rocked the Mint in Hollywood last night and I could not have been happier! There was an awesome crowd out, so thank you to all you busy people who came out to support me! Thank you for letting me interupt the musical enjoyment with a minutes silence by way of paying small tribute to the wonderful Amy Winehouse who has been and will continue to be a massive inspiration to me. My condolances go to all her family who must be in termoil at the moment. What a genieus we have lost...but she will be retained in our world forever - for her legacy is one of the strongest a human can leave behind in this world. Artwork can be detroyed, books can be burnt, but as long as we have voices, no one can take away our music!

Let the music live on people!

The Year 2011 - Transmission 6 - July 1st

Wow what a great 2 weeks! Hanging out in LA at various label parties and premieres has been a blast and I am happily drowning in business cards! Last night I was back stage at the Jimmy Kimmel Live show in Hollywood where I met the band 311 and some great dudes who produced some massive stars in their time. Here is a pic of my with my AAA writst band on the side of the outdoor stage:

Cheeese!! So rehearsals begin today for my gigs through the summer and it happy 4th of July to my adopted compatriots!

The year 2011 - Transmition 5 - June 21st

Its the longest day in the year and it really is feeling that way right now! Just got back to LA last night. Really excited about my visit and getting ready for my gigs at the end of July but really suffering with the dreaded Jet Lag...

The gig in London went so well last Friday, thank you so much to all my fab fans who faught the rush hour traffic to get there and thank you to Alex, Steve, Ciara and James for playing their instruments so well and for being such wonderfully talented people. I Heart You

I'm back in the UK at the moment laying down some bricks and I just wanted to take the time to say how grateful I am for all the wonderful people who are comng into my life at the moment. New people bring about new influences and new experiences and withouth this, we cannot possibly makes our dreams, or help others make their dreams come true. Life is always a team effort thats why I always say 'We'. I am not alone up here on the dream deck, so if you have a spare moment, take a ride up here and see whats going on from above the cloud line. With constant sunshine all the way to the east, nothing matters except reaching your destination...and thats where we are headed..with music as the wind under my wings....who knows where I will land next!

I am Back in LA to visit the Ascap Expo and Musexpo and I am very excited about all the wonderful people I am meeting on this whirlwind jump of faith! Looking forward to performing at the Rose theatre in Kingston when I return on 8th May! xxx

Well I have been in LA for 7 weeks now, and 7 is the lucky number! I have been told that I am defo in the movie soundtrack for LOL, a major motion picture set to be released in the summer!

Well guys, I did the festival and it really rocked and it was so great to get such a big crowd even though I was an unknown act! Some of you were even singing along to my songs which is amazing! Next on the flight agenda is The CrusAid Walk for life tomorrow at Tower Bridge in London. I was there last year and it is such an inspirational event I am so honoured to be performing at it this year. All the people who take part and donate money really are abassadors of possitivity. I'll let you know how it goes in a few days!

The countdown has begun! 9 days and counting until GlastonBudget 2010! Hours away from selling out all it's tickets, this festival is set to be the biggest event so far for the dream crew! Not only are we performing on the Main Stage at 2.30pm, we are also on the BBC Radio Leicester stage at 12 noon and to promote this we are live on Radio Leicester at 3pm on Tuesday 25th May. Tune in online to catch my live performance and interview...So excited!

Hello Dreamers! I am getting very excited about our festival gig now, all the preparations for the flight are well underway! We have been doing some major thinking up here on the Dream Deck recently and this has lead to us setting ourselves a very bold goal. We have decided that it is our ultimate ambition to sing at the 2012 Olympic games in London! So now we just need to kearn to fly.....! Anything is possible, I have seen quite a few pigs flying lately!

It has been fun and games and snowflakes on the dream flight this week. 'Dreams are calling' is still set for release on i-tunes in October and I have finally recorded my 2 new songs, 'Space Ship on the moon' and 'Wings of a lie (dig it up)'. I completely love the pilot who was stationed on recording deck control, for being able to listen to my scrappy guitar playing and then make the songs sound exactly the way I heard them in my head, and for being able to play every instrument known to man. Listen out for my fav bits, the thunder in the 'Spaceship' bridge and the little lie-birds in 'Wings of a lie'.
